I just had a warranty claim on this product. Samsung was very quick to respond to my problem. The service repairman had to replace my screen. This was completed without any cost to myself. I currently own 4 Samsung TV's and will continue my support and recommendations of your products.

Perfect size, sharp picture, easy to use--couldn't be happier I upgraded from a 32-incher. Even my dog watched this TV during the dog show!

I bought a 55" curve tv for my parents and was very pleased with it. So I decided to get myself one as well except I wasn't crazy about it being curved. As long as it was 4k, smart, and Samsung had to be the brand. Samsung has never let me down with their products. I have the Note 3, Note 5, and my soundbar is also Samsung.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

So far the color on this TV has been very vivid. The clarity is very good and the sound is great. The remote control is easy to use and the buttons are easy to find. Samsung has always been my choice of brands to purchase and I hope this TV doesn't let me down. Can't wait to watch a video
