The quality of the picture far surpasses my Samsung smart TV this replaces. The user friendly features make it easy to use and navigate. The overall quality far exceeds anything comparable and cost effective to buy. You owe yourself the pleasure of Samsung ownership as well their Customer support. I recommend this TV to all who are thinking about upgrading your old set , if it's not Samsung you bought the wrong brand. You can't be the price and the quality ,great value.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, great features voice activated

Great picture and extraordinary features

the design is disappointing because of no controls on the TV itself!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: no control buttons on the tv

Remote control wont run cable box

The remote that comes with this TV cannot operate the cable box so you need two remotes to operate - the cable remote to change channels and the Samsung remote to use features. Totally unacceptable for the high cost. The TV has no IR port (blaster) so you cannot operate other components. I spent hours trying only to learn two remotes are needed.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

After a search of what was currently available, and keeping the budget to a reasonable level, I chose SAMSUNG. The picture quality is outstanding, the sound is incredible for a flat screen. This was the perfect choice in this price range in my opinion. SAMSUNG has the apps, the only thing I would have included was a Bluetooth keyboard.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, sound quality
Cons: keyboard, mouse

This is my third Samsung TV

We recently purchased our third Samsung TV. We have ones in three different sizes. I like the ease of setting up the TV right out of the box. It's very easy to register it to the wifi. I just watched a Stanley Cup came the other night and the picture and clarity were fabulous. Highly recommend this television.

Smart Hub problem- you can't get all the apps like HBO GO. Went back to the store and the people assured me it was there but they couldn't find it either. Why? Went online and sure enough it's not listed for this TV. I CERTAINLY HOPE SAMSUNG FIXES THIS!

The TV is great but do not work right

No because I got a floor TV and it will not connect to the wi-fi and when I called the salesperson he would not call back and I went back to the store and they told me to bring it back and before that I talk to a tech person that said the TV is not program,what should I do and the reason why we got a floor TV was . We really was there to get a 55" and end with a 50" off the floor that was supposed to be a 55" so that was wrong to thank you very much.
