Samsung Quality is the best

This is my 4th player (not because of any issues) since I added more Samsung TVs. I'm very used to how the great features work and the enhancements are tremendous!! Simple and easy to use and the added features are great
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: don't change the remote

Given the fact that this Samsung Smart Blu-Ray 3D player with built-in Wi-Fi plus 4K UHD 2160P upscaling along with my TCL 40" LED 120mhz smart tv works with nothing less than SUPERB performance and quality. Plus two added bonus features this player has thanks to Samsung's great technology is one, it has the Full Dynamic Range audio auto setting along with Dolby Digital Plus Surround setting. So if you should happen to have a 5.1 or greater home theater system hooked up to it and these settings enabled, it will feel as though you're in a IMAX theater and the picture being upscaled displayed in 4k UHD is just TOTALLY AWESOME! Secondly, the great feature on the front has a USB port of which you can use a flash drive to play slide show of your photos, music /music videos and movies. I copied an mp4 Blu-Ray 1080p movie onto my flash drive and the player automatically upscaled it to 4k UHD, same quality as a Blu-ray disc, fricken awesome!!! Thank you Samsung for making the best product ever through your innovativeness and technology, you're the BEST!

I am very impressed with this Blu-ray player. SI I'm a cheapskate I do believe the price could come down 20%. But that's neither here nor there. Plenty of space for other apps to download as well as a decent selection to choose from. I do think the YouTube app could be more Interactive and user-friendly. Find it difficult to search for videos by typing. Maybe adding a voice recognition to the remote. Free million dollar idea Samsung you better run with it and if you don't cut me 1% of all profits created from that new upgrade at least give the shout out to the man who give you the brilliant idea. LOL actually a very nice Union altogether I have not had the opportunity yet to try a Blu-ray disc but if it is anything like any other Samsung product I have purchased it probably works wonderfully with excellent video quality.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: should have infrared sensor higher and larger.

Good overall performance and good value. We have it connected to a wired internet connection and the speed of the system seems pretty good. Also boot time is short. My only complaints are that the remote should be bigger so that Samsung can add some easy to find primary buttons like Hub, NetFlex, Play, stop, pause etc. Everything is just too compact. We use this player in our bedroom so it is dark and the remote is difficult to use even though the remote is backlit. I also would like to see the ability to customize the app screen more than Samsung gives the ability for. In short you can't put your favorite apps on the Home screen. You can only move them around on the secondary screen causing extra button presses.

Samsung 3D Blu-Ray Player

I replaced a Samsung "Home Theater in a Box" with a component system, using this Samsung BR player. It is, by far, the best BR player I have had. it set up quickly and easily, connects to the Internet efficiently, and plays all CD, DVD and Blu-Ray media flawlessly. The price was extremely good for the qualities built in to the product. I recommend this player to anyone looking for a quality piece of equipment at a decent price.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, easy to use
