Loud and dirty

We've had this way you can read for 3 years now and I wish we would have gotten a different one. Cooks and reheat food just fine. But, the fan on it only has one speed and it is ridiculously loud. You can have the fan transfer air back into the room or up through a stack through the ceiling but it seems that both options just spray grease under the cupboards above the microwave. If you don't plan on using the fan at all it would be a great option. Also, the light is not bright at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave...When it Works!

We've had the microwave for 6 months and it was working fine but randomly stopped heating food. The Samsung authorized repair tech came out, was 1.5 hours late (causing my daughter to miss her 1st dance class), couldn't fix the microwave, so he took the microwave back to the repair shop to fix...still waiting. This is the worst experience ever!
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is very noisy When microwaving it buzzes and hums. The turntable clunks even louder the the microwave. The display is difficult to read. It is slower than my 20 year old microwave. I started using this machine on Oct. 2, 2015 I'd like to throw it in the garbage, It was a big project installing it. I expected it to last at least 10 years. It started making the clunking noise within 3 months. It was loud from the first day.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

This is a great microwave, Matches my kitchen perfectly. Only reason I have 4 stars is mainly because I did not receive any information with it, No owners manual, installation manual or installation template to install. I also did not get the two grease filters that go underneath the microwave. Disappointed in that, but extremely satisfied with the product itself! I would recommend to others, just make sure you double check to ensure you received everything.

buzzes

this microwave was installed in our newly renovated house when we bought it in 2019. after 2 short years of light use it has started to make a loud buzzing and vibrating sound when in use. it is cost prohibitive to have someone come out to look at repairing it since no one locally repairs them with parts being hard to come by. very disappointed. replacing it with a different brand.

This is my 2nd samsung microwave so I was already familiar with the features its not overly complicated so its easy to use and still looks nice without spending a lot of money on features you dont need.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

beautiful microwave to match all of my samsung kitchen appliances. love the 30 second feature. love putting in the time and hitting start instead of time cook, time and start like on my prior microwave. the one feature l miss, hence my 4 star, unless someone tells me differently, l cannot sent timer and heat or defrost simultaneously. only allows 1 function at a time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
