Worked fine until it didn't

Bought this as part of a fridge/oven/micro/dishwasher combo. When it worked it was fine, no complaints. Now it has stopped working less than 5 years in. When you try to turn it on the timer starts counting down like it's cooking but nothing is happening inside. Prior to that issue you had to close the door a certain way or it wouldn't run. I wish these things would last longer than they do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overpriced …Cheap made products

I bought the microwave ME18H704SFG On 6/20/2020 and stove NE59T4311SG also on 06/20/2020. And refrigerator RF260BEAESG and black stainless steel microwave died October 12, 2023 and all appliances with his fingerprint resistant coating, started peeling off within the first month

Very unhappy customer

I bought a complete set of Samsung appliances. Everyone of them are garbage. I purchased all at the same time, so far every one of them has broke. The latch on the microwave door broke off and you can just buy the part, you have to buy the whole door which is as much as the microwave. The refrigerator freezer handle has fallen off and I’ve tried repairing multiple times. The range knobs have all fallen off and won’t stay on and the light switch in the oven works spastically. The dishwasher has been repaired several times. And…all of the “black stainless coating” is peeling on every appliance. Stay away from Samsung. It is all garbage.

Stopped working today just like that only had it a few months shy of 5 years. You would think they would last longer so ridiculous and of course the warranty has expired. Samsung should replace them.
