Nice looking and functions well. However I do miss the ability to set a timer for other cooking chores while the microwave is running. Only had for two weeks but overall this is a quality product.
Pros: Bright display

Timer and exhaust

We wish the microwave had an "add 1 minute" selection instead of the "add 30 second" selection. especially for reheating a quick cup of coffee.
The exhaust vents directly to the outside and the cfm is great enough to cause the branches on a nearby lilac to move when operating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for your feedback, ma1128! Did you know you can press the "Add 30" button twice for a minute, and in multiples of 30 seconds for each button press following?

preprogrammed feature must read book

Preprogrammed features like reheat.....don't not list plate, etc. Give a CODE must look in book what the code means to choose the proper code.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Nice unit

Rather awkward controls; too many buttons to push for simple functions - like "30 sec" command should just run the device without any other actions. The "Options" are obtuse and could be consolidated into much simpler processes. Also, the controls have a heavier touch than we would prefer.
The stovetop illumination is excellent. Far superior to most other ovens. And the black interior is a good idea to mask the inevitable stains.
I would recommend this to a friend!
