This microwave was easy to install and worked great.

I like this microwave the only change that I would like to see is that the key pad would be easier to operate, you have to push hard on the key pad for it to work.
Pros: Durable, looks great, works great
Cons: key pad hard to push

"When my microwave arrived on time Thursday; it arrived in great condition"! Set-up was easy to do. Once set-up was done; the features are great! The microwave has labels inside to help with the features in use of cooking. Lighting over the stove is a plus to help see what's on top of the stove while cooking. The vent is on top without opening: just vent filter on bottom toward the top. Easy to clean surface and manage space is great. "I love it already"! The price was very affordable in need of change. "Very reliable product"!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Durable

Great Microwave!

My wife and I installed this microwave over the range using the templates and instructions. We both read them twice and discussed which variations fit our situation. We had no problem with the installation! The result is a beautiful microwave in our new updated kitchen cabinets. It functions perfectly! For the first time in years, I can choose "popcorn" and not burn a kernel! I highly recommend this over the range microwave!

Stylish, easy to install

I had to install this unit myself, but it was not a problem. The installation instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Templates, bolts and brackets are all included in the instructions. I had my microwave installed in 30 minutes! (This could be done solo, but it is probably best to have a helper when attaching the microwave to the bracket.)
I love how it looks and the many functions available.
Pros: looks awesome., multi-featured
Cons: shows fingerprints

We are really enjoying our microwave. It's sleek in appearance, easy to use and has great features. We had a problem with the mother board during first six weeks, however Samsung Service replaced the motherboard within two days. Happy with the service as well. Certainly has exceeded our expectations. Great value for the money,
