I just purchased this product on 3/7/2016; installed it on 3/7/2016.
I have used it several times already and so far I am Very content with the product.
It is very silent during use and has worked to my satisfaction.
Best bang for my buck!

So I haven't installed it yet because it may hang too low above my oven and I may have to modify the cabinetry.

The light is bright enough to light the cooking area underneath. The light and fan both have 3 levels which is great. I miss the instant buttons but it is easy to enter the time. I prefer a push button to open the door instead of the handle.
I have had it for less than a month so don't know all ins an outs, but so far so go.

Looks sleek, modern. Not sure about dark colored interior but that's very minor. Like the features so far as we've only had it a few days. Hope it will last longer than last MW did (2 yrs). Picked this one because of warranty on magnetron. Also have had good luck with other Samsung products.

Great black stainless look is fantastic. Only issue I have had is with timer. Not sure if it is operator error or not. Need to research further. Couldn't get it to work.
