This microwave has all the features and then some that we could want and the price was terrific. It fits perfectly with our new kitchen appliances.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, great features

We bought it because of the price point, styling and dimensions fit where we needed to put it. My son and I installed it with only a modest effort.
The features are more than we need. But over all it's well suited for a modern family. The draw backs are that the exhaust fan slows down over the range when it's microwaving something. And the buttons are confusing. Half the time when I want to turn the light over the stove I end up hitting the fan button or vice versa. And there is no "one touch" cooking. Our old Panasonic had it where you could touch "1" for one minute cooking and "2" for two minute cook and so on. It woudl start with one touch of a button. This one advances a timer in 30 second increments and then you have to hit the start button.
Don't get me wrong. We are satisfied we bought this and would choose it again from what we have seen thus far. But overall, I can live with the "quirks". We are satisfied.
Pros: syling, solid construction
Cons: buttons a bit confusing, exhaust fan is effective but slows when cooking

Nice Microwave oven. Lots more features than we will use. Would like to be able to use the timer and the oven at the same time (it is possible).

Vent problems

Everything works fine and it looks great but when I use the range to boil water or cook anything with steam the vent on the microwave doesn't extract the steam, the result is that the front of the microwave and the cabinets get all wet. I am afraid it is going to ruin them. There is a vent on top of the microwave that hardly works, my old microwave had vents on the bottom where the filter is located and did a great job. It seems this is a problem with these microwaves, so sorry I did not read those reviews before I bought it. I don't think anything can be done according to the many complaints.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just had the microwave installed today. So far, very nice. Baffle for rear of microwave that covers outdoor fan venting does not allow microwave to get close enough to wall to hook onto the wall support. Could not install vent baffle.
I had a counter top Samsung years ago and loved it. I also have a year old stainless Samsung refrigerator that matches the new microwave perfectly.
Tried a few things in the microwave and it worked well so far. I would like to review it again after a month or two.
