Once we all got use to the new menus and decreased operator malfunctions it works great. Installation was easy but needs two people to do it.

I like the way it is made and cooks my food, I really like the two lights at the bottom it makes it easier to see my stove top.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display

We purchased another Samsung microwave to replace one purchased in 2012 that caught on fire and melted the door. The new microwave fit into the old brackets, making it easier to install. It has the same features as my old one. The buttons are hard to push and eventually, show finger indentations on the most used ones. I hope this one last longer than the old one.
Pros: Inexpensive

cannot see the controls in the dark

the microwave is impossible to work without putting on a bright kitchen light to see the controls.

we purchased this back in March and just installed it ourselves, this is the first time I have ever installed an above the stove microwave and the instructions were very clear and it was really very easy to do. As far as the product it self, it's very easy to use with a lot of very useful and convenient features. I would highly recommend this product.
Pros: Bright display, easy to install, easy to use, many useful functions
Cons: there isn't anything i can say negative
