Nice features but some design flaws

Only had the microwave 1 day. Installation was well documented and fairly easy with 2 people.
1.Push buttons are hard to find the right spot to push.
2. Instructions are not very clear.
3. Lights are dim.
4. Push buttons and # key pad should be "lighted"-hard to read in normal light.

Microwave did heat food after i figured out how to set the time of cooking and the center or the push buttons
Pros: Realistic color

Good looking micro wave that works great. Had to trade it for one that didn't have chip of missing porcelain on the inside, but they took care of it right away.

When I think about Samsung I usually think something spectacular. Maybe I always think about their TV products not appliances. This microwave is really OK. It is the same over the range product that you would get if you buy any other brand. Sooooo it is okay

We are enjoying our new Black Stainless Samsung Microwave. The design of it is really nice and we love the black stainless - no fingerprints. Has lots of features and options included. Just wish that we could increase the volume of the timer buzzer but was told that this was not one of the options. Overall - a great microwave.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

It was fairly easy to install by myself. Really very simple and good instructions, especially the layouts for the installation that you put on the wall and cabinet bottom to locate where to screw thing in. It is very quiet and the fan very powerful, but not to noisy even on high speed when necessary. The various electronic and cooking functions are all that could be wanted. We would recommend this microwave to anyone without any reservations.
