This microwave has a great design and excellent quality. It performs well and look great with our other Samsung appliances. We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but it works extremely well.

A top notch Microwave that won't break your bank

Needed an over the stove microwave and found that bad on features, looks and price the Samsung model was the best by far and after daily use there's absolutely zero signs of disappointment. It was easy to install - I am absolutely all thumbs when it comes to installations of this sort. I would highly recommend if your are looking for a visibly attractive appliance that's affordable and works like a charm!

Great Microwave

Our 8-year old Samsung microwave latch broke so we determined to replace rather than repair. We had an issue with the space needed and knew that purchasing another brand of microwave could be a problem. We found this microwave at an unbelievable price and were impressed that it cost less than the one we bought eight years ago. We were not looking forward to remounting the bracket on the wall but when we opened the box, we found that it was the same bracket already installed. It was a little difficult to get in the hole just right but it was installed in an hour. Seems to work beautifully and looks wonderful. Particularly loved the new version of the filter system which is greatly improved over our previous microwave. Added features such as the "keep warm" feature were welcomed. The exhaust fan is also considerably quieter than our old microwave. That was also a big plus. All in all, we are delighted and hopefully it will last for another eight years.
Pros: Inexpensive, brand that has proven to be good

Great Appliance, Great Price

I purchased this as part of a Mother's Day gift for my wife. We have been so happy with our Samsung fridge and oven that we decided to stay loyal. We are really happy with it. The installation was fairly easy, it works great, and it looks fantastic.

great product, poor instructions

Good microwave, looks great, except the finger marks staining the stainless steel all the time. However the installation instructions are confusing and make it seem more difficult to install than it actually is. Our one also never had any user instructions in the box either which is very disappointing. Tried to go on the Samsung website to find where to order some, but the website just opens one new window after another.
All said though we are a big Samsung fan and have many of their products. Our fridge is 14 years old and still going strong.

Cons: nop instructions
