SHELF TOO LOW

I FIND THE SHELF IN THE MICROWAVE TOO LOW. I AM CONSTANTLY HAVING TO REMOVE IT EVEN TO PUT A TWO CUP MEASURING CUP IN TO BOIL WATER. I ALSO DON'T LIKE THAT I CAN'T USE THE MICROWAVE AND THE TIMER AT THE SAME TIME, I COULD ON MY OLD UNIT.

We bought this microwave after the handle on our old one broke off. We LOVE this one so far. No complaints at all and can't beat the price!

Just purchased and installed. Love the features. Great fit and easy install. Comes with all the hardware, including toggle bolts. The user manual is a bit on the thin side (actually, too thin), but a quick search of the web and I found all the information needed.
