I bought this particular microwave because I have all my appliances from this Brand I love the modern lines of my microwave and the easy way is functioning easy to clean also.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

My microwave broke no big deal right?, wrong OMG. I became so handicapped in my kitchen the things I took for granted i.e. warm up my first cup of coffee, like getting my husband food warm hen he came home late my popcorn all gone. Well my new Samsung microwave is wonderful, the features I like are the two levels and the pull out the vent and that color. I will be buying a dishwasher soon same brand.

A good microwave oven

Out of the box the turntable did not work. Had to have it serviced. Turned out to be a poor connection to the motor. Not sure how this passed final inspection. It's fine now but an unexpected hassle.
Pros: looks great.
Cons: not sure how it passed final inspection., controls are not intuitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent price for features

It wasn't too difficult to install. The templates were okay,but they should have been made already trimmed. Not impressed with the instruction sheet describing the units control features. The sensor feature was impressive when doing 2 potatoes. I did not like that the exhaust fan became noisy when doing a potato later. The next time I used it the fan was fine. I hope this isn't a re-occurring issue!
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: exhaust fan

I purchased this Over-the -Range unit for use with the new Samsung Gas Range I bought. I was not sure the exhaust would be powerful enough to clear the smoke I create when I cook. My carpenter installed the venting with smooth pipe, a curved turn , not a true 90' angle which after reading some articles very important....the correct installation of the venting. It vents to the outside wall and is very effective. The other issue was the space between the bottom of the microwave and the top of the range cooking surface. Very confusing with lots of different opinions, but for North Carolina 18" was settled on and it works great and looks great. The light is very bright, 4 different quiet fan speeds. The only negative is the buttons on the microwave face are a little hard to see...they do not light up and are in black. I'll just memorize after awhile.
Pros: Inexpensive

It has been a few days and we just love the new over the range microwave. Unlike some reviews we think the 2 different light settings are fine for cooking and night light use.
