This product has a lot of good features for the price.

The unit was purchased as a part of a stainless steel package. The unit has been great so far with the only drawbacks the touchscreen being extremely difficult to read and no instruction book provided with the unit. Some people would prefer a written instruction book rather than having to go online to get information.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: hard to read touchpad and no written instruction b

For an entry level microwave it has lots of good features. Would be nice if it had LED under lighting and the fan is a tad loud but overall happy with my purchase.
Pros: Inexpensive

Like my new microwave. Easy to use and figure out controls. Interior cabinet larger than my old one yet it fit in the same space. Like having a rack for a second shelf. Fan is noisy on high as are all fans. Stainless steel finish is easy to clean. Only have the unit a month, but it is easier to clean than my refrigerator which is another brand.
Pros: larger interior size

Have only had microwave for less than a week, but have used most features. All features seem to work smoothly and far superior than the Maytag it replaced. Very happy with my purchase.

The first micro had a few problems, called Samsung repair rep who came out to repair but the parts were not what was wrong. He then said that it must be another part and went back to the repair shop to order a new one . We continued to use it and it quit all together. I unplugged it and took it back to Best Buy where we bought it. They replaced it and the new one is great.

Black Stainless Microwave

Love the new Black Stainless on our over the range microwave. The features are great and the look and performance has changed our kitchen totally. Would definitely recommend this microwave to everyone. Hope to eventually replace all our appliances with the new Samsung Black Stainless.
