I have only hat the unit installed for a couple weeks but so far I love the unit. it works like a charm and I use it every day,

Just installed this yesterday, so brand new and not used much yet, but does everything as expected. Installation was a bit more involved than I originally thought it would be. Obviously, there isn't a universal standard for microwaves bolt locations. I had to start from scratch essentially even though I was replacing another over-the-range microwave. Good feature set for the price. Looks nice and matches my Samsung fridge nicely. Easy to use light, vent, and cooking features. Lots of cooking options. I haven't tried the sensor cook yet, but hope it works as advertised.
Pros: Bright display

Love the volume and cooking power

I recently renovated my entire kitchen and purchased matching Samsung appliances. This microwave looks great, has ample space for cooking large items, and can accommodate large plates and still revolve. Had a minor glitch while mounting to the wall/upper cabinets due to the included template. Overall thus far this is a great purchase and am very happy with the brand. Replaced a 22 year old Samsung counter-top microwave and love the brand quality.
Pros: Inexpensive

Great product. Very easy install. it used the same bracket as my previous samsung microwave so it just slipped in place. easy to use. i like all of the pre programed options for food types. easy clean up with the ceramic coating as well.

Our old microwave ceased to work, we found this to be a great replacement. It has a lot of power, heats items quickly and completely. We were sold on the Samsung microwaves because of the 10 year magnitron warranty, as this is what went out on our previous microwave.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, warranty
Cons: not a pretty design
