Other than having good luck with Samsung products, I decided to purchase this microwave because it had additional features that other models didn't. i.e. 400 cfm exhaust fan with auto shut off and 4 speeds, plus a new interior to make cleanup easy. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up. So far, great product!
Pros: powerful exhaust fan

Installation Screws

The two installation screws that came with the device that secured the microwave to the cabinet above where worthless, we had to use the two screws from our last microwave a GE model to finally install the microwave properly.
Other than that the device is ok.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, better quality control is needed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this microwave for a couple of months now and like the features so far. It was an easy install, although the paper templates were a bit difficult to work with. The microwave looks good and matches all the other Samsung stainless appliances even though it is newer. Looking forward to years of use.

We just bought new samsung microwave and are very satisfied with this product. First of all it was very easy to put in place. We did not have to pay extra money to put it and it took us only 10 minutes to do it by ourselves. Second, we really like. The design match prefectly our kitchen. It is also runs really good. You can do many things in that microwave. We will defently recomend this microwave to everyone.
