I purchased this April 30, 2016. Today is December 28, 2016. 2 days ago, I had to call to request service on this microwave. The sensor cooking function stopped working. Whenever I go to use it, I get the message "e-11." I don't know if this is an easy fix or not, but regardless, no consumer should have to request service on an appliance that is less than a year old.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and sleek look

This Stainless steel and black OTR microwave goes great with the new range and newly remodeled kitchen. There is plenty of room to cook large items. The light is great to use as a nightlight in the kitchen.
Pros: Bright display

Stainless over range microwave

Over all I like the microwave, however, there are some things I'd like to see different as well as a USERS MANUAL as I have no clue how to use some of the features!!! You can't have the timer set & then microwave something. It only allows one thing at a time. This one replaced a 2004 over range microwave & I could perform 2 things at a time. Really sorry I can't with this one, but who knows, maybe there's a way to do & I don't know how since I don't have a manual! Maybe if I can get a manual, I'll know how it does function.
Over all, I do like the product tho.

Love this Microwave

I wanted an over-the-range unit to complement my new Samsung gas range, and I almost opted for a smaller one with fewer features, but I'm so glad that I went ahead and paid the extra $50 or so for the larger one with the bells/whistles. They're impressive and well worth it.
