Overall great product.

pro's like 30 second button and can push several times adding additional 30 seconds.
cons: Reheat is too much time on most things i am trying to reheat like leftovers.
Some of the veggie buttons to cook aren't as easy to use but the end product comes out well.
Pros: Inexpensive, cleans easily with stainless steel with cleaner.
Cons: reheat may be too hot or long
I would recommend this to a friend!

After only 3 months of having this product it has stopped heating and this is my second purchasing a Samsung microwave in 4 years. I purchased all new appliances about 5 years ago and has issues with the refrigerator which they replaced the dryer I paid to have fixed the first microwave and I replaced it with this one and now it doesn't work . I am done with Samsung products
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dark interior and dim light make things hard to see inside...cooking sensor codes hard to read (small font, poor location). Works OK so far

This microwave is very easy to install as long as you have a second person and the right tools. After following all the templates installation was seamless. The features are very nice, so many one touch cook options.
Pros: Realistic color, stylish, easy to install, great features and a really good value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this microwave 3 weeks ago for a birthday present. We updated the stove and microwave. I also purchased the gas range. The microwave provides nice even heating and it does not take long to get hot. The turntable is considerably larger than the previous microwave to allow for larger dishes. We have several Samsung products in this house and not one has given us a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

THIS IS THE THIRD MICROWAVE WE HAVE RECEIVED ON THIS ORDER. THE FIRST TWO WERE DETERMINED TO BE DEFECTIVE BY THE DELIVERYMAN AND RETURNED. THE TABLE ON THIS ONE DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY AS THE POTRUSIONS ON THE GLASS TABLE DO NOT MATCH THE TURNTABLE AND THE TURNTABLE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, poor table design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
