Outside of having the ability to just push 1 or 2 for quick one minute or two minute operation I love it. Cooks well

Hard to use buttons-Has shut down twice

This is the first over-the-stove microwave I have had shut down midway through a cooking cycle. The microwave shut down while potatoes were on the sensor setting for "Potato". This was the second time this unit has shut down. I have a service order in for the repair after verifying the outlet was still working. While I have usually had very good luck with Samsung products, I may be replacing this unit. I have only had this unit for about a month.
Pros: only 4cfm fan on the market
Cons: Did not meet expectations, buttons need to be pressed several times
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love our new microwave other than the timer hasn't worked since day one and we're waiting for it to be repaired.
