The microwave showed up and was fairly simple to install if you have any handyman type experience. All instructions were easy to follow and thorough. It looks great and cooks well too.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive

This microwave has all the new features. Some I haven't tried or figured out yet and some I probably wont use anytime soon. Had it only a couple months and so far I'm pleased. Like most new things it has a few getting used to items. It closes loud so I close it easier; can't use kitchen timer (or I need to search manual) and cook at the same time-no problem; I have a timer on my oven. The black stainless finish and the door handle design were what I was most attracted to. On my old one the plastic door and exhaust vent developed cracks and the door handle broke off (after only ten years). I hope the finish holds up ; I was told it has a coating that gives it its color and will scratch.
My only real concern so far is whenever I start it I think to myself- what is that noise ? is that the normal sound? doesn't sound quite right to me. Not annoyed enough to want to take apart to investigate; just enough to go hmm better keep an eye on it.
I'll most likely get used to it.

I would highly recommend it to family and friends. I especially like the ceramic interior.
Pros: Inexpensive, ceramic finish

Great microwave

After being a little diasappointed with the appearance of the overall quality of the microwave and the terrible quality of the instruction manual, owners manual, and templates I became more enthused as the installation came to fruition and finished the job. Once in place the microwave looks nice and of a good quality. It works well and hs some great features.Barring any unforeseen circumstances I believe we will be very happy with this product for some time.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, interior, features, appearance

My main problem with this microwave is the newspaper users manual. The directions are confusing and not very helpful. It took way to long to figure it all out.
Registering was also a mess. Samsung needs to work on making these things more user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
