This microwave looks great but has a few poor features. The light inside is too weak and with the black interior it is hard to see inside when operating. The user instructions should be in a usable book not a flimsy fold out sheet of paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this product for my youngest daughter when she bought her first home, she fell in love with the Black Stainless Steel so I plan on doing her kitchen in that color one appliance at a time. We Love this color and the features.

Last Samsung wasn't vented properly and cooked great, but the push-buttons stopped working. Upgraded fan on the new model, and now properly vented. Love the features and so easy to use that it didn't even need a operation manual, which was worthless anyways. Installation by hubby and wife, mostly easy peasy. It's only been hours, but soften butter is slow and effective, popcorn is adequate, add 30 seconds work fine, general cooking is great. Built sturdy. Buttons have to be pushed a bit hard. Good strong 400cfu fan, hi/lo light, improved filter and electronic sensor to signal replacement, on/off option on big turntable, eco mode to turn off display, rack for second dish, and I love the ceramic interior!
Pros: Realistic color, Inexpensive, easy to install, nice features, fantastic ceramic finish inside, great value for the price
Cons: buttons rather hard to push
I would recommend this to a friend!
