problems with keypad

seems to be a good microwave, the key pad gives me concern, have to push the keys several times to get it to work, hope it is under warranty or they will offer a warranty soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave is Easy to Operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave Model #ME18H704FS is a quick learn to operate. The various options on the device meet all our microwave requirements. The vent fan is quiet, and the Keep Warm option is much appreciated when preparing several dishes for a meal.
Pros: the shallow depth of this device is a plus.

The Samsung microwave is SO much better than my old. Not only is it larger, but it has a shelf that can be used to cook more than one dish. And the turntable can be turned off; haven't found a use for that yet, but I will. The fan is more than on/off, it has various levels, the highest is the loudest. Also, the light has high/low if one needs a nightlight I suppose. Altogether this model matches my new Samsung stove; they're a pair!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive

Microwave is good , but buttons hard to push . Power cord does not have a angle plug

Installation straightforward.

Replaced an earlier model Samsung Microwave, and used the existing back plate on the wall. Overall it saved a lot of time on the installation. New mounting holes were drilled in the cabinet for the top screws (easy). Some folks complained about the lack of a manual, however the program codes/steps are printed on a strip that is visible when opening the door. Simply look for what you want to cook, and input the code listed. No manual is really really needed.
Pros: Inexpensive, easy to use .
Cons: wish the interior light was brighter.
