We couldn't be happier with our Samsung microwave. Not only is it beautiful, but it's easy use. We love all the features it has. Would recommend buying any Samsung appliance.

I bought this microwave a few months ago and I am really happy with the function.it heats up really well. It has a menu on the door to help you with quick look up.i would recommend this to others. It has a beautiful stainless steel finish.

Disappointing!

We've had this microwave for one year now. The touch screen buttons must be pushed very hard in order for the microwave to respond . With today's touch screen technology, it shouldn't be so difficult to have responsive buttons with a simple touch instead of breaking your finger. Additionally, you can't run the TIMER while the microwave is in use! My 25 year old microwave I upgraded from had this feature. Such a disappointment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
