Stopped working after 12 days!!!!!!

Bought 2/15/15 Installed 3/20/15 Stopped working 4/1/15 - completely dead! Service to come 4/6/15 Would have rated lower if I could have.
Also bought Samsung Refrigerator, DW & Range at the same time. I hope they continue working!!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not working!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we've had this microwave for just over two years and in that time we've had it repaired once. it has stopped functioning again now and is of course out of warranty. far too expensive for how crappy it is.

The door melted on the bottom, should be covered under warranty, can't recommend it unless the product is either replaced or parts given to repair.

i will never purchase a samsung appliance again. my house is just over two years old, and was built as a custom home. i was so excited to have samsung appliances because they look so pretty. but every single one has had issues and it has been a horrible experience. now, this microwave just died. of course it is out of warranty so there is nothing i can do. my samsung tv has lasted 10 years with no problems. my appliances have been terrible from the start. every single one of them has had an issue. never again will i buy an appliance from samsung ever!

Works great for about 2-3 years then something breaks. Magnetron this time, last time was the ribbon connector
Pros: good design

From the easy to use keypad to the ceramic enamel interior this is a very nice microwave. This is really a great value. It's much better that our previous one. I recommend this product.

Glitch !!!!

I fell in love with this product the moment I saw it at the store. It is beautiful! This very first week I used this product i could not turn the vent off. I had to disconnect the entire product in order to reboot. It has not happened again. I guest it was just a glitch.

Love all the features, especially the ability to turn off the turntable. The reheat feature is also very cool in that it automatically senses and projects the appropriate time to reheat. Very Nice Enhancement!!
