Expensive but exceeds expectations so far

Starting Aug 2014, five working adults keep this unit working with business clothes, weekend clothes and bedding.
All marketing propaganda has been proven.
We are highly satisfied and looking forward to procuring the matching dryer. Try it you will like it.
Thus far we all feel you get what you paid for with this unit.

Just got this delivered yesterday. Performs very quietly and enjoy the many features so far!
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: flimsy liquid soap/liquid fabric softner dispenser

Large feature packed washer

I have been using this washer for a month. It is huge. It handled a load of linens no problem with room to spare. It is easy to use the controls and gives you plenty of options for the wash settings. The lid does not feel very sturdy but that was consistent with many of the top load washers these days. The only issue I have had so far is that it showed an error after the second wash. It was supposed to be for an issue in the water connections. I checked each connection but did not see anything. I reset the machine and have not seen the error again.
Pros: modern design, controls easy to use
Cons: lid does not feel sturdy

Defective Top

In 1.5 years the plastic skin on the top of the washer has delaminated (bubbled up and off) and had to be replaced. It required some effort to get it replaced this second time despite the same recurrent problem when under warranty. Samsung will not admit that this a defect in the bonding of the skin to the cover and their responsibility.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, see review
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am LOVING my new Washing machine!!

My husband and I just purchased our brand new Samsung washing machine. I was looking for a large capacity washer that is a top loader and found this one. The capacity inside of the tub is HUGE!!!. I already washed 3 loads and honestly, my towels have never come out as clean and dry ever in my previous washing machine.
I highly, highly recommend this washer!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, loaded

Great features

Love using my washer, however, have to be mindful of not overloading or not balancing load properly because of computerized features. I was looking for a washer that would adequately handle king size comforters so that I did not have to take mine to the cleaners (too expensive) and this does the job.
