THIS PRODUCT IS VERY EASY TO WATCH. IT HAS EVERYTHING WE NEED TO SEE MOVIES AND PROGRAMS THE WAY WE WANT TO.

Terrrific upgrade over a non-smart TV

Bought this to replace an older non-smart Samsung 40" LCD TV. The controls and menus are similar to our old TV so learning to use the smart TV was intuitive. The selection of apps was sufficient, we normally use HULU and it works as it should. We have no cable access and use an antenna and channel setup was a snap.
Picture quality is almost too good! Being used to an older LCD Samsung and an LED TV from a competitor I was taken by surprise by the sharpness and clarity of this new LED screen. Color rendition, including black was on the mark with the default settings out of the box.
The initial setup was really straight forward, Internet setup was faster than my computer, and tested web access function with no problem. Picture quality is amazingly great!!!, I saw Mission Impossible 3 that was stored on a USB 3.0 stick and plugged into a USB 3.0 port and pressed the Source button and it automatically showed a USB icon everything was simply point and click. The Smart TV firmware is really well thoughout by Samsung. I do less of my web surfing on my computer and use this Smart TV instead. For thus who are thinking of doing the same. I can report to you that I use a bluetooth Logitech K811 keyboard and an Inland USB wireless mouse, both devices work. I only use the web app from the Smart Hub for Keyboard and Mouse inputs, however, do take note that the keyboard is not meant for typing in text for apps like NetFlix, I found this out from Samsumg's Tech Support.
Also, I want to give kudos to Samsung's Technical Support because the person was very understanding of my issue and patient from beginning to end. I wish I had written down her name and mention it here...anyway it was on May 5, 2016 that I opened up the call.
This Smart TV has the greatest features I never had found in the past TVs I have had. I highly recommend this product : excellent resolution, color, sound.
