love our new tv, the colors are brilliant and the picture is crisp and clear. the remote for the tv is not designed well with the mute on the side of the remote. we had a question about the remote and called customer service, the people were very polite.
Pros: Bright display

Have this tv mounted in my living room and use it for everything. Has built in chrome browser that works great. The apps load fast and the picture is amazing. Just need more UHD content. Curious to see how SUHD is compared to this.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, rich details
Cons: price now but will drop i'm sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We really enjoy the 3D that we purchased this unit for. We switched networks at the same time we purchased the 55JU7500 so we would have a greater selection of 3D shows & programs.
The picture quality is beyond belief.

TV is good. But having Youtube streaming issues.

I bought this TV 2 days back. Picture quality is good but I am having issues with streaming You tube videos. I am having 50 Mbps internet speed and never had any streaming issues. You tube videos play perfectly fine for first 3-4 minutes and then starts getting stuck. It buffer every 5-10 seconds. I am able to play videos on Netflix perfectly fine. Anyone facing similar You tube issues ?

I will tell you, I bought the Samsung JU6500 flat screen first, but then upgraded to this set a week later. As much as I loved the 6500, this set is worth every penny for the upgrade. This 3D, curved screen set is just fantastic. The realism is absolutely addictive. The audio is wonderful in the set, but I added the HW-J6500/ZA wireless soundbar and what a combo, love it! Folks knocking the set because you cannot get ONE certain app on it? Talk about straining out nat while you swallow camel! Anyways... my highest recommendation.

I was hesitant about making such a big purchase, but I did for the sake of my husband. Plus, we needed a new TV. Unfortunately, I have a concern. Is there a specific mount for this TV? I purchased a wall mount that hold TV's from 40" -80", but I'm concerned on whether or not these mounts are meant for a curve TV. Could someone assist me with this?

Beautiful tv in the dark

This tv is by far the best picture I have ever seen in the dark. Unfortunately I like to have people over for the big games, fights, etc. and I need my lights on so we don't trip over each other. This is my fault for not researching more but the curve in the tv picks up any light in front of the tv and I have the worst reflection. There is a inch line in the middle of my tv all the way accross. My choices now are pay restocking fee or live with the line. Again this is by far the best picture I have ever owned in the dark and I have owned or own 9 flat screens, plasma, DLP, etc in the last 7 years. If you have a darker room definitely buy it's worth every penny.

Cons: Did not meet expectations
