Keeps things nice and cool, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No complaints regarding its overall function, but the handle is constantly loose and wiggling. Tightening its bolts is possible, but difficult and can lead to scratching of the stainless surface. The handle attachments needs a new design.

Love the Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the All Freezer with IQ-Touch Controls along with the coordinating Refrigerator and I love them both! They are so roomy making it easy to organize and to retrieve food. One of my favorite features of the Freezer is a section in the door labeled “Soft Serve” that keeps ice cream just the right temperature for dipping. The combination of Freezer and Refrigerator also looks great in my new kitchen.

LOVE MY FREEZER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the freezer and 2 wash/dryer sets a little over a year ago and love them all. It is really quiet and holds a lot of food. The handle does need to be tightened every few months, however I have yet to buy a freezer that did not have this problem. Part of the problem is because it is energy efficient and has a good seal. It is supper easy to tighten the handle. I love that it beeps if it is left open.

I bought the full freezer and fridge a year ago. The condenser pan on the fridge cracked and ruined my hardwood floors. The freezer door insulation failed ( condensation kept forming on the outside of the door). The door was replaced and the same issue occurred the NEXT day! These units are terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid choice so far

We bought this freezer with the matching refrigerator for our newly built home and installed the trim kit with them as well. The units look terrific. The freezer is very large and is working perfectly. The only complaint is the loudness of the compressor when it comes on, but otherwise, it is quiet. The ice maker isn't too loud and works well.

Outstanding value!

After one month the pair have performed perfectly. The exterior design fits the kitchen well. The interior is well laid out and the lighting is stunning. Extremely quiet,almost silent. I build and install 6 to 10 kitchens a year and I put these in my own home.

I love love love this freezer, I have plenty of room for all my needs. The ice maker replenishes the ice quickly however the ice maker is slightly louder than I would like.
