Easy to See Your Items

I purchased this item about 2 months ago. I had an upright freezer before for 13 years and it was time for a new one. I really like this one because its not too big and not too small, the light on the lower right corner tells me at a glance that is is working properly. I like the items in the door the extra space, i like how I can see every thing in it. a quite freezer. should last 13years like the last one!

Good freezer

I've only had my freezer for almost 2 months so I can't say anything about longevity. I like being able to access everything without having to dive in like a chest freezer. The shelves on the door are great for small things. I like the peace of mind the green light that shines on the bottom gives. I would've preferred to have a draw or two on the bottom though. It runs a bit louder than my refrigerator that is over 10 years old which seems strange. According to reviews that seems common.

My old Frigidaire 14.4 upright died. I bought this one online. It has worked fine but is noisy (hums loudly). The worst feature is that it is not frost free. You have to defrost it. My old one was frost free.
To keep the price down, they remove the frost free mechanics.

The perfect freezer

I bought this freezer after my first one died. I had always grown up using standard chest freezers and was told that I should look at an upright. We'll a month later and I'm so happy I did. I don't feel like I lose items in the freezer any longer. And I actually have my shelves labeled Beef Chick Pork and Other. It's super convenient and easy to find what I'm looking for.

this freezer does a great job of freezing. could use a few more shelves or features, but for the money it is fine. light on bottom tells you it is working so you know.
