Hey Markb12, I would suggest testing the gasket for leaks. Do a simple inspection of your gasket by slipping a sheet of paper or a dollar bill between the door edge and the freezer edge, then close the door. If you can move the paper or dollar bill easily out of the door, this is another indication that your gasket is not sealing properly. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Nice Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a couple year old frost free one(different brand) that kept freezer burning my food after only a couple months if it even in there that long. A salesman once told me you shouldn't buy a frost free freezer because it wouldn't keep the food like a manual defrost freezer. He was absolutely right I should have listened to him. So far this freezer is doing just fine. No freezer burndt food. I've had it about 4 months. The size is perfect for us.
