Great appliance

Perfect size and features.

Great features especially the title green light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have now had a chance to fill my new freezer with all my homemade favorites Mac and cheese and lots of homemade soups and veggies from our own garden. I like that this new freezer has more insulation and the most important new feature a light to let you know that it’s working properly. Our old freezer was fifteen yrs old and a Frigidaire which served us well over the years. Because of it’s age and in our garage and very hot this summer we were not sure it would survive. Kept checking to be sure it was still running. We are in our late seventies and eighty and don’t think we will live to use it for another 15 yrs but someone in our family certainly will. It’s a great product, and it was difficult to find a freezer that was not self defrosting. So glad your company still was making this product.

I've had this freezer for about 1 month & am pleased with its function. We downsized from a larger freezer that was 40 yrs. old when it died. I hope this one lasts 1/2 that long! I do find the light to be in the way when I add & remove items from the top shelf, since the light is in the middle front. That could be better positioned. I also miss the metal bin I had in the bottom of my last freezer. It held irregular shaped items without them falling out/taking up extra space. So I've had to add plastic bins which is an OK solution. The freezer maintains an excellent, cold temperature & does not run a lot. It is quiet when running. The door seal seems very secure....I need to hold the body of the freezer when I open the door.....& that's good! The shelves in the door are nice & deep & closed at the bottom so narrow items don't fall out.
Overall, I'm happy with this freezer at this time.

Horrible freezer sent back

The worst freezer ever. Bad condenser made me cry because it was as loud as a semi truck. It was in basement and I could hear everywhere in a 2000 sq foot home.
