So Much Space

We had a smaller chect unit that we gave to family when we moved, and we missed the space we had. When we found this stand-up freezer it was a no brainer what we needed to do. Super pleased with our purchase.

Kerwin, I am dismayed to hear your freezer is having frost inside. Your freezer is frost free. It is very important for your appliance to be level in order to function properly. If the unit is not leveled during installation, the door/ lid may be misaligned and not close or seal properly, causing cooling, frost or moisture problems (page 4 in your Owner’s Manual). The only thing that can cause frost buildup inside a freezer is warm moist air. Please check that the door is shutting properly, and has a good seal with the gasket. You can test the seal by placing a dollar bill on the cabinet and close the door. When you pull the dollar bill out, if the seal is working, you will feel some resistance. If you feel you don’t have a good seal, or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly for assistance by calling Mon-Fri, 8a-8p or Saturday 9a-6p EST @ 888-203-1389.
