Great Features Larger than last model of this type

Have been an owner of the side by side models for since 2007 till this year when our fridge went out wasn't cooling any more. Looked at all models available stayed with Frigidaire due to being happy with the past models and the price. We where tempted on just ordering the fridge only. Glad we didn't due the new models are much larger than the old models. Excellent upgrades to the new models from the old. We like the alarm on both fridge/freezer when the doors accidentally stay open due to getting a kool-aid bullet or ice cream popsicle, do to having a 6 toddler going on 7 and adult children which we all are. Great buy don't hesitate.

A place for everything & everything in it's place!

Wefirst got this set years ago, and was sad to leave it when we sold our house. We missed it so much that we remodeled our new much smaller kitchen to acomodate the set. The only downside to the set is there is no ice and water in the door. It has an ice maker, so it has that necessity, and there is always tap water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this over a month ago and very pleased. Stylish on the outside. Resists smudges and finger prints. Roomy with very nice inside lighting. Love the space in the door - also keeps things just as frozen as in main freezer. Looks great with the matching refrigerator and trim kit! Would definitely purchase again!

Super roomy!

I bought this freezer to replace one that had served me for 18 years. This one is much roomier, even though the dimensions aren't that much bigger. I like the fact that it's so bright inside, and that I can see everything clearly. The door bins are very well designed and can accommodate larger items. The only thing that I had trouble with was the glass shelves. They wouldn't be a problem if you're putting thawed items on the shelves, but if you are putting things on the glass shelves which are already frozen, then you have to deal with the big thump, and the item sliding off of the shelf! I had to put rubber shelf liners on the glass shelves to avoid items sliding off.

Overall sharp looking at fair price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is the ice maker. It is of lowest quality, dumping ice into an open bin. It ends of bad and stuck in one big blob of ice constantly and also shoots ice outside of bin which then fall behind shelves. I end up cleaning up ice all over. I so wish they would help upgrade or change this out and I would give them 6*
