[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are part of a program that automatically sends us ink cartridges as needed. Unfortunately, our printer didn't communicate with the office, we ran out of this color and I had to buy a cartridge at an much higher price!
A refund would be nice!

Hi,
I am sorry that you didn't get your automatic shipment. It is important that the connection to the internet is continuous.
It is also important to make sure you are using the specialized cartridges while you are on the program. Regular cartridges will not trigger a new shipment.
I'd advise you to contact the Instant Ink team about this. You should be able to reach them though the website: HPinstantink.com
