NO Longer available with dual voltage charger!

If you thought this was going to be like all your electronics including your Electric razor and work overseas, your wrong. They purposely do not let you know on this website that their products are no longer dual voltage.
If you want to buy a toothbrush that will work anywhere, you cannot buy one from this manufacturer. Since they all used to be dual voltage and now they are not and they don't mention this is any description I must assume they are trying to trick you. They only way they have provided to find the actual information is to contact the company directly. They will tell you we sell no dual voltage electric toothbrushes.

Better then a Sonicare

I purchased this brush to complement/replace my Diamond Clean brush that I have had for over 2 years now. My first impression of the brush upon removal was how smooth and sharp it looked. I also liked that they included 3 brush heads and you could go 9 months without purchasing replacements if you so choose. I am using both the Floss and Sensitive heads currently. Which I like both. I also like the smart timer guide that allows you to view how long you have been brushing for, and the smiley face changes according to the amount of time you brushed and just adds to the experience. I feel that using the deep clean setting with the floss brush head provides an excellent clean. I find it to do a better job then my diamond clean. Also the replacement price of brush heads, although still a bit pricey compared to a manual brush, are much less expensive then the Sonicare's. Now the two things that I do not like that makes it 4 out of 5 stars are these: First, the holder for the smart guide uses double sided tape to mount it to the mirror or where you prefer. This is great is you never travel with your brush (and you do not need the guide to use the brush but I like to bring mine with me) but I think that a suction cup base would of been a better option here. Minor but worth noting. My biggest issue is with the brush itself. The unit goes back to the default daily clean setting. So, if you are using the sensitive mode, you need to reset it to that mode the next time you turn it on. It does not save your previous setting. To me it is a hassle that when I am ready to use the brush again I need to select which mode I want. And you can only select the mode when the brush is turned on. Which unless you memorize the 6 different modes it makes the smart guide necessary to have with you. Overall I am pleased with this purchase. And I am sure the longer I use it the more familiar I will become with the settings negating the need to carry the smart guide with me. Although it is fun when it "winks" at you for brushing for 3 minutes. I cannot comment on durability yet since I have only had the brush for a bit over a week but as of now, I love this brush! It is feature rich, looks elegant, does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth, and is just overall fun to use. If you are still using a manual brush you don't know what your missing out on!

Excellent Product!!!

I bought two of these brushes, one for my wife and the other for myself and after one week of usage we both noticed and immediate difference in how clean our teeth felt, and how long the clean feeling lasted after brushing. We are excited to brush our teeth!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great gingivits treatment!

I am a registered dental hygienist and have purchased this toothbrush because I had an area of bleeding around one of my crowns. After using this toothbrush for just two weeks I have no more bleeding around this area, meaning this toothbrush reaches areas that cannot be reached with just a manual toothbrush!

Purchased two Oral-B Professional 7000's Black. The oldest still performs as expected. The newer one recently developed degraded performance. Unit is under warranty and will be repaired. Not worth the effort or hassle. Must send receipts, package correctly, send in for repair (about 2 weeks). Registered product when purchased; so do not understand the need for a receipt. Have had Oral-B's for years, but batteries appear to be a weak area. Nice unit if it were reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think this toothbrush does its job well, I have a brace myself and this toothbrush even has a function for cleaning braces GREAT !!! I have also been suffering from red and irritated gums for years since I use the gum recovery program. For the first time in years I have had healthy and normal gums. It is an expensive toothbrush but then you also have something, I got it to test: TEST SUCCEEDED. And the function that you can connect the toothbrush with your smartphone for optimal use works really great. This is my first electric toothbrush and it works super I never step over to the manual toothbrush because I am very satisfied with this. Really super I really recommend this toothbrush.
I would recommend this to a friend!
