Good but not great

I've been using these for about a week, and I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to keep them. The sound quality, comfort, and battery life are huge pluses in my opinion. The sound quality is great, even after the compression from the Bluetooth. This isn't surprising to me though. Every pair of Sony headphones I have ever owned had great sound. And they are very comfortable in my ears. I was worried that they would be heavy in my ears due to the size, but I never notiice them even after wearing them for a few hours. And the battery life seems to go on forever.
But there are a few small "flaws" that are nagging enough to make me think about trying a different brand. I wish the wire between the headphones was an inch or two longer so it hung lower on my neck. The wire hits the midpoint of my neck now, and I find it distracting and annoying once I've worked up a sweat or turn my head frequently. The other issue is that the Bluetooth connection. I wear my phone in my left pocket and the Bluetooth receiver for the headphones is on the right. As I move around, the headphones produce a slight clicking noise apparently due to the Bluetooth signal fluctuating over that small distance. If I'm sitting still or my phone is stationary on a counter out of my pocket, it doesn't seem to be an issue.

left side no sound

I bought this in March in Japan and they don't support me without the invoice... So, after 4 months only, I can't use them anymore. I tried to reset several times, full recharge and then reset, reset with them turner on, turn the volume all the way up on my iphone and on the headset and nothing worked.
I don't recommend, It doesn't have the quality I was expecting from Sony.

Very comfortable, very light weight, excellent sound, water proof, doubles as ear defenders for loud noise, one touch functions, I was sceptical as I'd never seen these types of ear inserts and there are no reviews, but I'm impressed with them and my line of work requires no wires to snag on stuff. Excellent fathers day gift, thanks family!!!

Can you hear me now???

I love most everything about this headset. The sound is pretty good since the buds block out most outside noise. I can connect my work phone for talking and my personal phone for music and have them both paired at the same time, the fit is decent and they seem to hold up to well. I work outside all day and live in hot muggy Louisiana so being they are sweat resistant really helps prolong the life.
My complaint is that people always have a hard time hearing me when on the phone. I have tried multiple phones but the result is the same. In fact the day I took them out of the package in the BestBuy parking lot, I called a coworker and he said he was having a hard time hearing me. The microphone doesn't seem to have a noise cancelling feature which makes it hard for people to talk to me because when I am working they are hearing everything going on around me and it seems to drown my voice out. Even if im sitting in a parking lot in my truck and there is minimal background noise, people still have a hard time hearing me.
I am not really seeing where anybody else has had this issue so it might just be mine or most people must just use theirs to listen and not talk. I have had them about 3 months now and don't have a receipt so I am stuck with them but you would expect better from $100 + set of headphones
