Buyer beware

I wish I had known about the defect and continued issues with the ice maker on these Samsung refrigerators. Very disappointed because it's a great size and the drawers are great for better organization of items

The Ice Age returning to the 21st Century

I bought a home and this refrigerator fir our kitchen in 2022. It is a nice looking appliance. But looks do not meet the function. However, I have had the same problem with the ice maker from day one that many others have seen. It freezes and stops making ice requiring constant maintenance and frost/ice removal. And now the whole water and ice machine have stopped dispensing altogether. My family now needs to open the ice bucket and chip out ice by hand to get any ice from the machine. It's literally like the Ice Age returning to the 21st century. I would never buy this refrigerator again.

Icemaker went out within a couple years. Spoke to a tech and he said that it was a bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Icemaker

Ice machine is terrible. Always breaks down- makes bad ice. Cannot replace ice maker parts

Ice maker stopped working sparkling water disornse

Icemaker stopped working. Sparkling water dispenser needs canister replaced more frequently than when using the sparkling water machine on our counter. Useless space since the ice maker doesn’t even work anymore
