I PURCHASED THE ROKU 2500 A FEW MONTHS AGO. BUT DID NOT USE IT UNTIL RECENTLY. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND OUT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE NETFLIX PROFILE FEATURE. THE ONLY MOVIE LISTS RECOGNIZED IS THAT OF THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER. I FOUND OUT LATER THE ROKU 3 IS COMPATABLE WITH THIS FEATURE. I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE ROKU 3 VS THE ROKU 2 HAD I KNOWN.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have two roku in my home and I find it to be the best toy I have as a vast choice of tv entertainment. Be sure and get at least one!!
