Love Roku!

I have recently purchase a second Roku LT, so that each of us can watch different movies at the same time in different rooms.
So easy and convenient to use. We hardly ever watch regular tv shows anymore, now that we have netflix and HBO - GO channels on our two Roku LT boxes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would like to give 5 stars if I can use spotify on roku.
Pros: High quality picture, Easy to use, Compact, Reliability, Built in Wi-Fi, Easy to set up
Cons: Need Spotify, Want more video choices, Soccer

Horroble service and support

After couple of months of usage ROKU has crashed. All support attempts (took like 2 hours) were unsuccessful. Support people as well as their manager (only one in India too)have lack of knowledge and simple ethics. HORRABLE. People - please don't ever buy their devices ever again!

Cons: Poor Design, Difficult setup, Does Not Improve Audio/Video

We discontinued cable service and went with the roku. We made an excellent decision. We have 2 now. Content is added all the time. Subscribing to Netflix is great as it comes up as a roku channel. I use mine for older movies, sherlock holmes and charlie chan etc. I can't find them anywhere else, especially on my demand. If I were younger the games options would appeal to me greatly. Just buy one---or two---heck one for each of your televisions.

I use my Roku daily. I LOVE that I'm able to listen to music and watch movies with only a few clicks. Set up is extremely easy, even my 8 year old could have done it!
