If you are thinking of buying the now tv streamer dont.This is worth paying extra with the choice of movies and prices making up any difference in the extra u pay.It also has more channels so it realy is a "no brainer"

I thought this would be a good alternative to purchasing cable, but discovered that I like watching programs as they're being aired. For instance, I want the PBS 6 o'clock news at 6pm, and not a lame substitute. I want to see a Charlie Rose interview the day after, not a week later. So, it's more a matter of habit, not quality.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best $50.00 I've ever spent

I found the ROKU LT to be the easiest device to travel with comparing to an XBOX 360, PS3, and Apple TV. My kids love that they can watch Netflix, Vudu, Crackle and PBS kids. The best feature I like about this device is streaming movies on all my televisions. Also love streaming pictures and videos with my IPhone. The remote control on my Iphone is a great tool to use just in case your kids hide or lose the remote. This doesn't get better than that. I'll be purchasing more Roku's on your website for Christmas gifts this year. I've had this device for over 2 years now and never had an issue other than one of my cables going out on me. Their technical support is awesome for taking care of a cabling issue I had.

Wonderful Streaming player

I use the Roku to stream movies and TV shows from Amazon and Netflix. I am enrolled in Netflix for a monthly fee, but most of the Amazon movies and TV shows are free with the Amazon Prime. I really like the luxury of downloading and watching a movie or TV show when I want to watch and not having to play a DVD and then send it back to Netflix. It is a great invention and I highly recommend it.
