Problems after 3 years

the ice started melting. i was told there may be an issue with the control panel, which is now out of warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what i expected

We have this unit only about a month and we are not happy with it , soon as you open the fridge side door the glass shelfs are wet you could write on it, after tech.guy visit he said thats normal.
Next the water is dripping from inside the ice maker and the tech.again said its normal and the water coming out from the spout is lukewarm ,prints on the outside are driving me crazy.

From the first time I saw this refrigerator in the store, I knew this was the one. The design is very attractive, very spacious inside on both sides and many different ice features. It now stands tall and majestic in my kitchen. I am loving it and so are my family and friends. It's a great choice I made. Thank you Samsung for making my life easier!!

I love my fridge. The only thing that kind of drives me crazy is the fact that there's no drip tray built into the fridge to catch any water that may drip when you use the ice maker and water. That was not a well thought out plan. Other than that, the fridge is great. It's quiet. You only hear it when the ice maker is replenishing the ice. But even with that, it really is quiet.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

This refrigerator is roomy and well designed inside and out. The ice maker is in the freezer door, which allows for more room to store food. However, ice capacity is sacrificed. It's a bit noisy at times, but I'm sure we'll become accustomed to it. The electronic controls are easy to use. Overall, we're very satisfied so far.
One warning! The product width is listed at 35 3/4 inches. This product is every bit of 36 inches wide! It barely fit in our kitchen as the opening is also 36 inches. The refrigerator actually scrapes the wall on one side and a kitchen counter on the other side. It is very difficult to move refrigerator in and out of the space for cleaning.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable, roomy, nice electroning display
Cons: Too big

Excellent use of interior space

While searching for a new refrigerator and comparing many brands and models, I came across this one. It has all of the features that I wanted. Most of the units that I looked at used way too much of the freezer space to accommodate the ice maker. This one uses the freezer space much more efficiently than any of the others that I looked at. The only complaint that I have is with the product packaging. It came out of the box with scratches on the refrigerator door. The store offered to replace it. But with the lead time required to get another one, I opted to live with the scratch.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive, excellent design, efficient use of interior space

I love having the light built into the back of the refrigerator and not on the top. It allows larger items to be stored on the top shelf, without having to rearrange all of the other shelves.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: cannot rearrange the storage drawers

I have had this in my house running for about a month and have had no issues with it at all. When delivered the power cool feature worked great at cooling the frig down fast. The ice maker works very good and seems to keep up on everyday use. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a new appliance.
