The Refrigerator is very modern and well designed. It's space efficient and very bright. You can easily find your items in this fridge and you have lots of storage room. It is also very contemporary in style.

I bought this refrigerator few months ago and already had to replace the ice maker. Now the door hinges are making a noise every time I open the door. I didn't expect to have that many troubles on a new appliance.
Cons: Poor quality, reliable

Nice fridge, fancy electronic features. The big take away was that the compressor failed in 2 years and we lost over $300 of food. Aesthetically, quality finish. Performance is average due to compressor failing.

Ice Maker is JUNK!

I have had this fridge less than 3 months and the ice maker has gone out twice already on it. The first time was within 2 weeks of receiving the fridge. Then it just went again the day before the 4th of July. Incredibly unhappy with this purchase. Do not waste your money on this fridge.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, ice maker does not work

Woke up one morning and the back right side of the unit was pushed inwards , similar to someone pushing the panel in, but it wasn't the case. Apparently the Styrofoam or whatever insulation they use in these fridges had shrunk.
People should review products after they have used them, not after unboxing them LOL.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, corners cut

I apologize on behalf of Samsung for the inconvenience this has caused you. We strive to create durable, quality products, and I assure you that some problems are part of the normal wear and tear damage occurring naturally over time. Depreciation of furnishings and appliances is expected over time due to frequent usage, and if the issue is with a factory defect, warranty coverage is always available for our product.
I bought this model 2 years ago and it's been just ok. My old GE fridge had infinite adjustable shelves (from the back) which this model only had a couple of shelf adjustments and that is it. The door shelves are very small and wished I had paid more attention to things like this as I think I would have been far happier. I think you can still get a Frigidaire model that has fully adjustable shelving. Also, the fridge part itself does not maintain a 37 degree temp. I had to adjust it to 39 to get 37 in the fridge.
