the WORST ice maker I have ever owened. Jams constantly,delivers ice cubes in pieces and only as many at a time as it feels like.

Loved the Fridge at the beginning

I bought this fridge just over 2 years ago and loved it. Everything functioned well at it looks great. After 1 1/2 it stopped making ice. Have not had it fixed yet since I do not want to spend a ton of money if it will just break again based on a lot of other comments I have read about Samsung ice makers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped making ice

not even 3 years and already the having a problem with ice making. was a new wedding gift from my family. replaced the ice maker already and still nothing. out of warranty and still have no ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

**If the ice bucket can't be easily removed, it's more than likely frozen. If this happens, do not use force to remove it, or use anything such as a hairdryer to defrost it

Door Shelves Fall Off!

my mother-in-law has this model. she has had three of the shelves from the door fall off. smashed jars and stained grout.
the shelves fall because they don't fit snugly. buy something else.

About 10 things wrong with this fridge!

ice maker is a pain. always making a mess and jamming. rubber on door is no longer connecting with the freezer. the fridge is louder then normal. space in the fridge not helpful for large jugs.

the stainless steel wont last only had this for one year and already discolored only used the recommended product to clean its not all models but this one is very poor quality .

Plenty of room for storing cool and cold items. Makes enough ice to last the day so far. Water tastes clean.
Pros: Durable
Cons: stainless steel shows finger and hand marks easy

OK product - needs better ergonomics

Installed RS25H5111SR yesterday. Initial observations: Nice looking unit and has more space than expected. The fresh fruit drawer has very loose tolerances and feels like it is going to fall off (yes I checked that it was sitting on the rails correctly).
The water dispenser does not have any sort of backlit on the control panel. One must turn on a kitchen light to see where to push to get ice or water. There is no tactile or visual clue as to where the buttons are.
Ice took 24 hours to make the first batch - not sure why.
Water dispensed slowly at first. Reinstalling the water cartridge solved that issue. The water cartridge is extremely easy to get to and reseat - nice touch there!
Pros: good water filter location, large interior size
Cons: no backlight on water dispenser panel, drawers are very loose fitting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
