Great to have

I bought my Super Multi Blue Drive and have been using it practically everyday since without any problems. I record Live TV and then record Blu-Ray Disk for play on my LG Blu-Ray Player. I did need to purchase a Blu-Ray authoring program to create video disks, however.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Blu-ray Burner at a Great Price

I love the features like - Speed, handles all kinds of discs, eSATA/USB2 connection, touch sensitive on/off button. At last an awesome drive that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Installation was a snap; Win7 x64 recognized it without any problems. Its speed is amazing. It is very quiet. The size is a little on the big side but Sometimes bigger is better! I've used it on desktops and laptops. I’ve used it with single and dual layer Blue-Ray Discs as well as single and dual layer CD's and single and dual Layer DVD's You will be so glad that that you picked this drive! I just love this drive

This product has both USB 2.0 and SATA so you can't really go wrong there. A little bulky, but otherwise good design and build quality.

Totally satisfied with the performance of this drive. It's quiet, fast (when using hte eSata connection) and nice looking. Set-up is straight forward and your up and running pretty quick.

Unstable under Windows 10 (64bit)

I loved this drive while I had Windows 7 installed. It's very unstable under Windows 10 (64bit), sometimes it can detect the inserted disc, sometimes it can't. When it works, it's great.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compatibility and functionality in Windows 10

Although it is a plug and play device, when you install it on win10 you need software that recognizes its features, so that it activates the features offered with the purchase...so the software is an investment as important as the hardware. Still, you can't activate all of them ...
