One of the very best things is that it's so quiet that my son-in-law said that he has dishwasher-envy! I love the cutlery rack. It's one of those things that you don't think you need and then wonder how you lived without it. GOAT, indeed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a queit dishwasher above all else. I couldn't run the old one at night or when watching a movie without hearing it run. The LG is virtually unnoticable when running. I did have some issues with the racks after about 4 years. However, these are under warrenty for 5 years and LG replaced them promptly with no questions asked.

My daughter has the same one for 6 years with no issues. My racks became rusty in areas and I called the company and they replaced them with no questions asked.

It does a great job of cleaning and drying the dishes and it is so quiet you don't even know it is running. The top and bottom racks were rusting and LG sent me two new racks. They really back their products.

Works well, second rack rusting out???

Works well, but the second rack is rusting out even though all parts are coated. Not sure what to do- seems silly to replace the entire dishwasher, but eventually there will be no gridding/lattice work to hold cups, glasses etc on the rack. The bottom one shows zero sign of issue, so I feel there is a manufacturer defect of some sort.
