One of the very best things is that it's so quiet that my son-in-law said that he has dishwasher-envy! I love the cutlery rack. The LG is virtually unnoticable when running. I did have some issues with the racks after about 4 years. However, these are under warrenty for 5 years and LG replaced them promptly with no questions asked.

It does a great job of cleaning and drying the dishes and it is so quiet you don't even know it is running. The top and bottom racks were rusting and LG sent me two new racks.
