This product is very quiet with lots of features

Love the features and the quietness of this product. Cleans very well and I am able to put tupperware like products on the bottom rack with no damage. I love the extra rack too for the bigger utensils.

Bought this unit to replace an old one that wasn't working. I liked the fact that it had a third rack for silverware. That was actually my main reason for buying it. You still need a rack on the bottom for larger utensils, but the upper rack spaces everything nicely, and seems to get it all clean. A previous reviewer noted that the bottom rack kept slipping off the tracks. I had the very same problem, so I called LG and they sent me a new rack, which seems to have solved the problem. I haven't tried all the settings, but on Auto my dishes come out nice and clean - much better than my old d/w. It's taking some time to figure out how to load everything, even after consulting the suggestions in the manual. I will say that, like some others, the racks designed in such a way that they do not keep the dishes upright, especially when you roll the rack out or back in. Design flaw? The unit is very quiet, although I usually set it to run when I go to bed, so it's not a big deal to me. I do wish there was some sort of signal that the dishes are clean (other than a chime at the end of the cycle). More than once my husband has put dirty dishes in with the clean, not realizing I had run them. My old d/w clicked when you opened it after running it. This, apparently, does not. Am I missing something? Like anything, there's a learning curve. My dishes are clean, so overall I'm pleased.

It's so quiet, except when it sings to me

I love my new dishwasher. It is extremely quiet, and the best thing is that it cleans my dishes! No more pre-washing. Love the 3rd rack for silverware. And, like all of my LG products, it sings me a beautiful song when it's complete.

Before we purchased this dishwasher I read all the reviews. I took special notice around comments about using powdered dish washing detergent and the drying issues. We love love love this product. The dishes are spotless and dry when I take them out. It's quiet and sleek looking. We will be replacing our other kitchen appliances over the next 6-12 months. I will be reviewing the LG Refrigerators, Microwaves and Gas Ranges before we purchase anything. I hope they are just as good.

Not sure that I really recommend this product yet, as I have only run it once, but that was a good experience. I had to get close to it to make sure it was running after turning it on! So quiet, and the dishes were really clean and dry upon opening the next morning. What concerns me is the bottom rack is easy to get off the track when sliding in and out. Seems rather flimsy. Maybe you have to get used to the way to maneuver it. I hope I like it.

This is so quiet, you'll have no idea it's even running. The racks seem smaller than our old one, so still trying to figure out how to load it to maximize space.

Dishwasher has performed well and has excellent features. The adjustable shelf is efficient by providing the extra space on the lower level to wash large pieces. Racks are easily adjusted to allow for different sizes and positions on the shelves. Optional washing features (adjustable water pressure and water heating) are great!

I LOVE our new dishwasher. It has great loading options.The 2nd rack is adjustable and most of the tines are moveable. You can literally set up the dishwasher differently ever time you do a load. Sometimes I wash clean dishes just to see how much I can get in there! The 3rd rack is awesome. You would think the utensils wouldn't get as clean because they're higher up, not true at all! Every dish comes out clean and shiny. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.
