Quiet, but has drawbacks
on January 2, 2016

Wonderfully quiet (my primary criteria when shopping) and cleans well, however, the settings are practically invisible (medium gray on slightly darker gray). It's great that the trays are removable, but they are so flimsy that the slightest movement knocks them off their track. It does not dry AT ALL, even using Extra Dry setting (had to use manual to find which place to press). Once I left clean dishes in machine while I left for a week's vacation. Came back to dripping wet dishes. I understand it is sealed tight to keep in noise, and the moisture can't escape, but there HAS to be some better solution. Also, settings often don't respond to pressure. Very frustrating.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this dishwasher. There is so much space and it's easily adjustable and very quiet. The knife rack is fantastic for small utensils.

Bottom Rack Issues and Poor Cleaning
on January 8, 2016

The bottom rack keeps jumping its track and is difficult to re-align (at least once per week with daily use). When I pull out the rack to load dishes, the bottom rack frequently jumps off its track and it does not re-align easily to be pushed into the unit. Also, the flip up utensil basket keeps falling apart (separating into its 3 pieces). Cheaply constructed. It is a waste of space and material.
The glasses developed a film on them and following instruction manual to use 160 degree heating and change detergent and rinse agent volume did not help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OMG! So Quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kitchen has a peninsula that is open to the family room. The dishwasher is in the peninsula which isn't insulated on the side facing the family room. Every dishwasher we've had has been so noisy that we had to run it at night. THIS dishwasher is so quiet. It's running right now and I can barely hear it. The stainless steel is very beautiful. The only thing I don't like is that there isn't an indicator that tells others that the dishwasher has clean dishes in it. I'm forced to put a magnetic "C" (for clean) on the dishwasher to indicate it's time to empty.

Extremely Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this dishwasher for a few months and so far I have been pleased with its performance. I read all of the reviews before I purchased this model and was leery of the issues with the bottom rack coming off the track frequently, but I have not encountered this issue. The dishes are well cleaned and it is an extremely quiet operating dishwasher. the 3rd rack on the top comes in handy for spatulas and small items.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it has to be the quietest dishwasher I've heard.
