Quiet, but does not clean well.

We bought this dishwasher because we were looking for one that was very quiet. I'm not sure the trade off is worth it because my dishes are not coming clean unless I rinse them completely. I have tried all kinds of detergent to see if that helped, but nothing changes. The adjustable racks are very delicate and do not stay in place. Very disappointed. Should have stuck with my 10 year old loud dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is very quiet. Cleans quite good. Has a third rack on top for flat items which is useful. Lots of features, more than we use. This is my 2nd LG dishwasher, 1st lasted 10+ years. Also have a LG fridge.

Not at all what we had hoped

Less than 5 months after receiving this dishwasher, we had to have it serviced because of something having to do with the motor - it started making very loud noises while running. Since the quiet while running was one of the few things we liked, it was another disappointment and inconvenience. The "3rd" rack on the top is not useful as tall glasses do not fit underneath it and we have very little that would make sense to put up there. The glasses do not fit well in the glass rack and we have had several break due to them tipping over. Dishes are not dry even after leaving them sit in there overnight and still have to be dried with a towel before putting them away. Pans do not come clean, they come out still greasy and dirty, even though we do not put things caked with food in there. Overall, very unhappy and dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
