I love this TV. More important, my grandson loves it even more and is more ready to explain the features. Great picture. Great price. WiFi and other feature are great.
Brought this T.V. Last week. Mount it on my wall Saturday, turn it on and the television walk me through the setup. Connected my WIFI and the magic started, I downloaded my apps and started watching my television without any cable connection. I was watching all my shows, eg.HBO on the go. No need of cable connection if you don't need it. Love the rich deep color of this T.V.. There is no need for a sound bar, the speaker are loud and has bass that is good. I put this 40 inch in my kitchen so I can watch my show while I'm cooking. I find my self watching this television as my main T.V..
Seems no matter the number of Televisions I buy and setup, I invariably box them up, take them back and buy a Samsung! Went through three other TVs before I purchased the SmartTV by Samsung and couldn't be more pleased with the picture and capabilities. Truly a remarkable TV for the money. Definetly recommend.
I am very happy with this TV as Samsung always gives such good quality at a very affordable price! The picture and color is awesome and the sound is also surprisingly good. I could not be happier with my purchase of this TV
I set up the new TV about 2 weeks ago. Set up was easy and the instructions easy to follow. Connecting to my wireless internet was a snap.
I suggest spending time with the owner's manual as there are many things to consider, such as type of sound, various picture modes, backlight, etc. and see what all those variations are and what happens when you change those. Also, the screen kept going dark on me which worried me, then I read that it comes that way as an "eco" mode, but if you change the backlight setting, the eco is disabled. I also had to figure out a way to silence the annoying clicking when adjusting volume, but there is also a way to do that. The picture was far too bright, almost blinding, but I was able to adjust settings to get it right.
I finally have the picture and sound where I want it. I have not had time to fool with the SMART Hub yet to see what all it can do. Maybe over Christmas break.
Suffice it to say, the picture is great, the sound is great, but there are a lot of things to study and learn to get the maximum performance out of it. I hope I can learn all that stuff too.
